The more detail you give at this stage, the better. There will be more questions as we get further along, but this will give us a strong foundation to build from.
You’ll find 20 questions that look at different parts of your business. I’d plan on setting aside at least half an hour to complete these questions - be sure to involve all of the key stakeholders.
You should be able to answer the majority of these questions easily, but some of them might not apply to you. That’s okay. (Just answer as many, as best as you can!)
